Brain IQ: Tricky Puzzles - Privacy Policy

VAV Tech ("we", "us", or "our") provides Brain IQ: Tricky Puzzles for Android, package name com.vavtech.brainy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the game, why it is processed, which service providers receive it, and your privacy choices.

1. Information We Process and Why

Google Play Games Sign-In, Leaderboards, and Achievements

The game uses Google Play Games Services to sign you in and provide leaderboards and achievements. Google handles sign-in through its authentication and authorization services, including OAuth where applicable. We do not receive your Google password.

These features process your Play Games player identifier, gaming profile information made available by Google, leaderboard scores, and achievement progress. This information is used to identify your player profile, submit and display scores, and record and display achievements.

Your gaming name, profile image, scores, and rankings may be visible to other players according to the feature and your Google Play Games privacy settings.

Google account access is used for these game features. We do not use Google Play Games user data for advertising, sell it, or use it to train general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Game Progress and Unity Cloud Storage

We use Unity cloud storage services to store level progress and related saved-game data. Saved data is associated with a player identifier so that the game can locate and load the appropriate progress. Unity processes this information to provide cloud storage and saved-game functionality.

Firebase Analytics

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is used and improve gameplay. Information processed may include app interactions, session information, app-instance identifiers, device model, operating system, app version, and approximate location derived from IP information. The information collected depends on SDK settings, device settings, and applicable consent choices.

Firebase Crashlytics

We use Firebase Crashlytics to identify crashes and improve stability. Crash reports may include crash stack traces, diagnostic information, installation identifiers, device model, operating system, app version, and the time of a crash.

Advertising Through Google AdMob

The game displays advertisements using Google AdMob. AdMob and its advertising partners may process advertising identifiers, IP addresses, device and app information, ad interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver and measure advertisements, limit repeated ads, and detect fraud.

Whether advertisements are personalized depends on applicable consent requirements, advertising configuration, and your privacy settings. Advertising data processing is separate from our use of Google Play Games data for leaderboards and achievements.

Support Communications

If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you include in your message. We use this information to respond to your questions, investigate problems, and handle privacy requests. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.

2. Sharing and Disclosure

Information is processed by service providers as needed to operate the features described above:

  • Google Play Games Services: player authentication, leaderboards, and achievements.
  • Unity: cloud storage of game progress and related saved-game data.
  • Google Analytics for Firebase: gameplay and usage analytics.
  • Firebase Crashlytics: crash reporting and troubleshooting.
  • Google AdMob and its advertising partners: ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to investigate abuse or protect the rights and security of users and the service.

3. Data Storage and Security

Information may be stored on your device and processed on servers operated by Google, Unity, and their service providers. These servers may be outside your country.

We rely on provider-managed authentication, access controls, and secure network connections to protect information handled through these services. Access to service administration is restricted to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

4. Data Retention

Cloud-saved progress is retained while needed to provide saved-game functionality, unless deleted following a verified request or through the relevant service. Leaderboards and achievements are retained through Google Play Games until removed through available Google controls or applicable service processes.

Analytics, crash-reporting, and advertising information is retained according to the relevant provider's retention rules and our configured settings. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve your request and meet applicable legal obligations.

Some information may remain temporarily in backups or be retained where required for legal or security purposes.

5. Your Choices and Deletion Requests

  • Request deletion: Email gamingtechventures@gmail.com with the subject "Brain IQ Data Deletion". Identify the game and provide your player identifier, if available, so we can locate the relevant data. We may request information needed to verify that the data belongs to you. Do not send your Google password.
  • Cloud progress: You may request deletion of cloud-saved progress associated with your player identifier. Deleting saved progress may prevent recovery of completed levels and related game data.
  • Google Play Games: Use Google Play Games settings to manage your gaming profile, visibility, sign-in preferences, and available game-data deletion controls. Where the game appears in your Google Account connections, you can also manage its access there.
  • Advertising: Use your device's advertising privacy settings and any privacy choices presented in the game to manage advertising preferences.
  • Local data: Clearing app storage or uninstalling the game can remove locally stored data. This does not automatically delete cloud saves, Google Play Games records, or information already processed by service providers.

Revoking Google access does not automatically delete previously stored data. For data held independently by Google or Unity, additional requests or provider controls may be needed. We will explain any limits affecting a deletion request.

6. Children's Privacy

Brain IQ: Tricky Puzzles is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the game, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps to delete the information.

We may update this policy when our services or data practices change. Updates will be published on this page with a revised date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent before applying a change.
